"I wandered along the main street, turning into lanes; talked to
delightful group of schoolgirls in Kira; greeted the people along the
street with kuzuzangbo; chatted with locals at pubs; enjoyed indigenous
performance at disco; had afternoon tea with senior monk at Punakha
Dzong; ate and drank in local farmhouse; tasted the fiery Ema Dashi
and red rice with hands; walked under the starry sky and lit up my own
heating stove. All these made me extensively exposed to the charm and
